Walk-ins are very welcome any time during trading hours. We do recommend booking ahead for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and weekends, especially before holidays — those are our busiest days and slots can fill up.

Absolutely — group bookings are great for birthdays, hens parties, mother-daughter days and bridal parties. Please give us a call at least a couple of days in advance so we can roster enough technicians.
Shellac is a gel polish — it's painted on natural nails and cured under UV. Lasts ~2 weeks, glossy, gentle.
SNS (dip powder) is a coloured powder bonded to natural nails — long-lasting (3-4 weeks), strong, no UV.
Acrylic is a sculpted overlay or full set with extensions — best for length, custom shapes and intricate art.
A polish change takes around 20 minutes. A classic manicure or pedicure runs 30–45 minutes. Shellac, SNS or acrylic full sets typically take 60–90 minutes depending on length and design. Custom nail art adds 15–30 minutes per hand.
Yes — bring a reference photo or describe what you'd like and we'll work it out together. We do French tips, ombré, freehand designs, gems, foils and seasonal art. Pricing starts from $20 and depends on complexity.
Wear gloves when cleaning or gardening, moisturise your cuticles daily, and avoid using your nails as tools. For shellac/SNS, oil the cuticles with jojoba or vitamin-E oil twice a day to prevent lifting.
If a nail chips or lifts within 3 days of your appointment, please call us — we'll fix it free of charge. After 3 days a small repair fee applies (from $5).
It's healthy to give your natural nails a rest every few months. Ask us about gentle removal — we never rip or peel — and we can recommend a strengthening base coat to use during the break.
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in-store in any value — perfect for birthdays, Mother's Day, anniversaries or just to spoil someone. They're valid for 12 months.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, all major credit cards and PayWave / Apple Pay / Google Pay. A small surcharge applies to credit transactions.
Yes — every visit earns you a stamp on our loyalty card. After 10 stamps, your next service is at a generous discount. Ask in-store for your card on your first visit.
